A brief documentary on the Village of Yorkville, Toronto during the Summer of Love in 1967. Also, a piece of property within Yorkville redeveloped during the late 1960's called 'York Square'. Then-emerging architect, Jack Diamond, chose to honor and compliment the community with his designs of York Square rather than impose. Mini slideshow at the end features paintings by Albert Chiarandini who made portraits of the Yorkville Village locals during the 1960's.
